Hi everyone!
It has been another snowy day in our neighborhood today. We had another three inches or so today. Poor hubby was stuck in traffic all day! Snow really hampers driving up here, people don't function well and the roads get clogged up. Hubby was told at 1:00 this afternoon that he should head back and go home, he didn't make it home until 8:00 tonight! It was a bad day to be a truck driver. :o(
I stayed home again and finished the scarf for daughter. This is to go along with the gloves I made for her. This was a super easy crochet project and the results are really cute.
I found the pattern at the laughing purple goldfish designs blog. This is the 3, 2, 1 and You're Done Scarf.
I will not be posting my next finished project until after the holidays. This is for someone who reads this bloggy...and you know who you are!
I hope you are all safe and warm in your homes. Take care everyone!
hugs,
puglette

Something tells me that scarf took a little more than '3, 2, 1, and you're done'! It looks great- Daughter is so lucky!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry hubby had a rough day! He needs some hot cocoa and a warm blankie. :)
Cool scarf, I mean warm scarf! I can't wait to see the next project! Since it's not for me can I get a preview!

Ooh, it's pretty! I'm lucky to have a mom who knits for me: scarves and socks, mostly.

I love the scarf! very cute!
ReplyDeleteCute scarf! Look forward to your next project!
ReplyDeleteWow that is so pretty! We might have to get H-Mom to find her crochet hooks. She could actually sit at the gallery and work ... but then she wouldn't be surfing the web all the time ... hmmmmm ... and she STILL has to find that beautiful blue yarn and crochet that capelet she never started. Sigh ...
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to say Thank you for posting on my blog. Well, We couldn't hold out on giving the kids their puppies. When we went and picked them up today they were bigger than we expected. So, we went ahead and let them have them and boy were they on cloud 9+!! They kept saying who's dogs are they? We kept telling them they belonged to them and they just couldn't believe it~!! These are THE BEST dogs so far that I have EVER seen!! They have been awesome! No barking, no whinning, nothing! Tomorrow may be different but they are just being so good today.
ReplyDeleteWell, we are still calling them Linny and Sqiggy. I just think that is so cute! I have tons of pictures I'm going to add to my blog later. Got up at 3 am so I'm headed to bed. Wore out! The drive was 2 hours there then 2 back. We left at 4 so we could take our time and stop for breakfast and change the baby's diaper. My Mom kept the boys for us.
I don't know why I feel I need to tell you all of this. Just wanted to share my joy of owning these awesome lil guys! They totally RULE! They are laying here right beside each other sleeping right now. Just so cute!
